Inter started slowly, and then shifted to sixth gear
Is new Inter coming
In the first match of the 15th round in Italian Serie A, Inter defeated Crotone. The final result was 6:2 for the team from Milan.
The first half of the match was hot and cold. Crotone came to lead in 12th minute via Niccolo Zanoletto. Before and after this goal Crotone had its chances to make the result even better for them but they failed to do so. After 30 minutes, Inter came to lead (2:1) with the goal from Lautaro Martinez and an own goal by Luca Marrone. Near the finish of the first half, Arturo Vidal made the reckless tackle inside the penalty area. Vladimi Golemic scored for the final result of the half-time (2:2).
In the second half there was only one team on the field. Inter, managed to score 4 goals. Tandem Lukaku-Martinez functioned really well.
Goals for Inter were scored by Lautaro Martinez (20, 57, 78 minutes), own goal by Luca Marrone (31st minute), Romelu Lukaku (64th minute) and Achraf Hakimi (84th minute). This was Lukaku’s 50th goal in all competitions for Inter so far.
The interesting fact in this season is that this is the most effective season in terms of scored goals. Inter have scored 40 goals in 15 matches.
After that match, Inter climbed to the first position. Will they stay depends on the game between Benevento – Milano (18h – Sunday).
Cristian Eriksen once more did not play a single minute for Inter. It is not a secret that Antonio Conte is not happy with the Danish player and he will give his best to sell him during the transfer window.
